8-1-08 *********************************************************** *********************************************************** 7-11-08::Transferred in from Burlington KS Animal Control Services. *********************************************************** Meet "Bernard"! Our cute and adorable little Border Collie mix puppy. He is approximately 10-12 weeks of age, and has just received his well puppy exam from our veterinarian, been dewormed and received his first puppy vaccinations. He has a cool spot over his right eye that really gives him character, and we are sure he will grow into a fabulous companion. He loves to play with his friend "Shelley" (also listed on our web site). He is learning new things everyday and has started crate training with his foster mom. *********************************************************** ADOPTION FEE: $140 (All veterinary services inclusive. Also includes a one-year rescue memberhsip.) *********************************************************** Note: All applications are processed in the order received, but an adoption is made to the best application received for each of our animals. All applicants must provide a vet reference on the adoption application. If you are adopting a dog from the Buck Fund, a fenced in yard for the dog will be required. Home visits often occur on each adoption. The Buck Fund has the right to deny adoption to any applicant for any reason. Please remember that the adoption fee is not for purchase of a dog, but rather to cover the medical cost of all dogs in our care.
