Bennie is a 20lb. terrier mix, probably no older than 8-10 months old. If you are a couch potato, this is not the dog for you. During our first meeting, this friendly guy had the energy of an Energizer battery...he kept going and going and going. He is quite the athlete and can jump straight up in the air repeatedly, then run laps around you. It is exhausting just to watch this guy in action. You will wear out before Bennie does, so you need a fenced yard or a personal trainer for this dog if you want to adopt this adorable fellow.
Bennie is a stray that was found in a county in Iowa that has no shelter. Strays are given 7 days and then can be put to sleep. Bennie needs to find a forever home by March 21, 2005. Only loving, indoor, forever homes need apply.
