Benji

Benji is a friendly male neutered 2 year old Pekingese. He has a soft, groomed white coat. He is super handsome! Benji was surrendered to the shelter because his former owner couldn't care for him anymore. He is funny! At first when he arrived, shelter volunteers who take the photos, went to take him out of the kennel. Well, Benji was so nervous, he went way to the back of the kennel and let us know...I'm not going out with you, no way. So we left him be and went onto taking other dogs out who needed photos. Well...Benji could see what was going on and all of a sudden we look over and he's right at the front of the cage...waging his tail, as if to say, 'OK, I'd like to play too...all those other dogs like you so I think I like you too...can I have a treat too?'! So, we took Benji outside and his sweet personality came right out! He's a funny, busy little boy! We like him a lot!
