This little buddy had a terrible start to life, living tied up to a tree in a yard 24/7. From the condition he was in when a cruelty report finally ended up with him at the shelter, it doesn't seem that he was fed very much or very often..
But now he's safe with us, healthy, happy, and looking for a REAL family to call his own! He is a snuggly, loveable, playful guy, oh and also adorable as you can see!
