Abandoned and left to fend for myself, I'm Bella, a 9 year old, 14 pound Jack Russell Terrier mix with ooooodles of cuddles to give! It may take me a minute to know that I can trust you, but once I do....let the snuggles begin. I'm potty pad trained, and I'll go outside, but only if you come with me. I've been through some tough times, so I get a little scared that I might be left out there alone. I don't need to be kenneled and love sleeping in bed with my human, all cozy and covered up. If not, I'll find a comfy spot under the bed. While I can be around other dogs, I much prefer spending time with my people. I'm not really into playing with other dogs; instead, I'm happiest being a loyal companion to my human. A home without children would be ideal since they can scare me a little. I'm looking for someone who understands that I just want to be close to them and feel safe. I am looking for a companion who is home more often than not.
