Bella is a dachshund/beagle mix that is a true sweetheart. She is around 12 years old and came to us because her owner passed, and the family was unable to care for her vetting needs properly. She does have Cushings which is under control with a daily medication, but it is not a cheap medication unfortunately. Otherwise, she is the best girl. She is deaf and has the beagle howl when she wants something and since she cannot hear herself it can be quite vocal. She is great at pottying outside and loves her food, so a slow feeder has really helped her. She also has a bit of arthritis like most old ladies do, and she is getting some medication and supplements to help that as well. She is ready for her new furever home so if you think it might be you, just let us know.
