My Story

•Age: 10 months •Weight: 60 lbs •Good with: Other dogs, can be okay with cats, good with children who understand dogs •Housebroken: Yes •Crate trained: Yes but will cry in crate. Has separation anxiety she needs to work through •Leash manners: Great. Initially excited. Will bark at other dogs occasionally on leash •Energy: High. Needs to be trained and stimulated •Behavior: Bebop is a very food motivated girl. If introduced properly to other dogs and people on leash she is A okay. She loves the car. She also loves ball. She still needs to get more one on one time and she can be vocal. This girl LOVES training and would make the perfect companion for a family looking for a working dog to train! Bipidy bopidy…. BEBOP! Hey there! I'm Bebop, the lovable 10-month-old Shepherd mix ready to find my forever home! Life has been quite the adventure for me so far, and I can't wait to share it with someone special. First things first, I'm a fantastic listener. Once I understand what you're saying, I'm all ears and ready to learn. Training is my jam! Whether it's mastering new tricks or perfecting old ones, count me in. I thrive on mental stimulation and love having a job to do. Now, when it comes to playtime, I'm still figuring out this whole toy thing, but I absolutely adore playing with other dogs. There's just something about their company that brings out the best in me. I might not be the most experienced toy player yet, but I make up for it with my enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Oh, and about my voice? Well, I've got one, that's for sure. But don't worry, with a little training, I can keep it in check. I'm all about being a polite pup, after all. Let’s talk cats. Okay, so maybe I'm still trying to figure them out. I have this curious habit of wanting to see how they fit in my mouth... but don't worry, I'm working on it. I promise I mean no harm, I'm just a bit intrigued. Patience and positive reinforcement are key, right?. So, if you're looking for a loyal companion who's eager to learn, loves to play with others, and has a heart of gold, then look no further. I'm Bebop, and I can't wait to be your new best friend! This dog has a sponsorship! --------------------- About our process and fees Our application: https://laststoprescue.com/adoption-app/ If you're interested in donating, sponsoring or volunteering please visit us at www.LastStopRescue.com or follow us on Facebook at www.Facebook.com/Laststoprescue.il! We treat these dogs as individuals with needs and to that end all of our dogs will have been in fosters no less than two weeks, they will have at least started training if not attend weekly classes and get daily training at home with the fosters! Which means our longest residents will be the best trained, as long as they're with us we're going to keep socializing and working through any issues they may have. When you adopt from us you will have a very clear picture of the dog you're meeting and on going support! Our Fees are as follows: Senior dogs over 7 are $450 Adult dogs are $650 Puppies under 1 year are $800 With each adoption you will be... 1. Given up to four hours of free training (from the foster and coordinator), 2. Full medical report of all findings, 3. All of the supplies needed for a new dog as we attain these for the care of each dog, 4. A full run down on their behavioral status, where they started, where they are and how far is left to go. This will be detailed in a training plan from us about what they can or cannot handle well and it will be discussed as much as needed! We fully vet all of our dogs which is reflected in our adoption fee. On average we will pay about 600 dollars in medical per dog. Every dog gets a full blood panel, fecal/urine check, heartworm & tick panel and treatment if required, spayed/neutered, all shots and boosters, along with anything specific to their needs.
