My Story
Beau is a male Boxer and Rottweiller mix who is a very friendly dog. He is still just a puppy at 6 months old. He was neglected in his previous home where he was kept outside in a dog crate that was too small for him. When we received the neglect complaint an animal control officer went out and found him in his crate. The owner decided to give him up to us. He was very underweight, hand shy, but “Oh-So-Sweet”
when the officer took him out of the crate. He went to the bathroom right away when she took him out, so he already is crate trained, he did not have an accident in it. He is eating well and seems happy to have food every day and time to run and play. He loves being with people, and will make someone a wonderful companion, he just needs some time to learn to trust people again. He wiggles his whole body and is so happy to get attention, even though he is a little unsure, he can’t help wanting to snuggle right up to you and give you a kiss.
