My Story

It's so easy to donate to PALS and help the homeless furkids...and it's tax-deductible!
Simply PayPal to [email protected] or mail your check to PALS, PO Box 123, Grinnell, IA 50112.
THANK YOU!!

A note on sweet Bear from the shelter manager:

"He is appr. 3 yrs old, was a stray from down south somewhere. Such a nice boy. Yellow lab/GSD mix. He is actually yellow with white markings but looks more white in the pictures. Very smart and has had some training as he will sit, take things (ie.. his anitibiotic) when told. He does bolt if he gets loose but comes back instantly when called.

He had a broken off rt canine that had cracked up inside the gum that was removed and is on antibiotics and flushes for the next 10 days. Loves being outside."

Bear's adoption donation is $95 which includes his neuter, microchipping, deworming, and shots. Please call or e-mail the PALS contact information located below to find out more about making this sweetheart a part of your family!

Please be patient with us - we're taking care of a lot of furkids - our own and the PALS kids - and we are all volunteers with families, homes and full time jobs. We'll return email and phone inquiries just as fast as we pawssibly can. Thanks!

ADOPTIONS: We don't let the fact that you might live out of state stop any adoption that's meant to be, but you MUST be willing to drive, or fly, all the way to pick up your new family member.

ADOPTION DONATIONS: Adoption donations for PALS animals go directly either to medical care for those or other furkids in need, or towards maintenance and improvement of the newly-built shelter!
