My Story

Bea is a sweet lady who was a little bit unsure when she first arrived at the shelter, but who has come a long way and is an absolute joy to spend time with! Heres what volunteers have said: First walk with Bea. She`s a great walker and knows sit. She was easy to leash and was not reactive to other dogs on her walk. She did great! Bea is a very charming little gal. She introduced herself to me by scurrying over and nudging her head under my arm. It was so cute!! She was so friendly- she sat under my chair with her chin tilted up, looking at me with a big smile and her tongue hanging out of her mouth. She smiled SO big as I gave her scratches along her neck, shoulders, and chest. She really won me over and was cuddly the rest of the time together. I really enjoyed lavishing attention and praise on her. Bea shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Bea may need time to warm up to new people, and a confident furry friend may be helpful to her as she adjusts to a new environment. Shed like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure its a good fit. Ask to meet Bea today!
