Batman - Pending

Batman is being sponsored in honour of Robin and Steve's wedding and by Brenin's wonderful family!

Batman is an easy-going, truly loving, gentleman of a dog. He manages to worm his way into the hearts of all who meets him. He loves to lean against new friends in an attempt to convince them to keep on petting him, and then slides on down to the ground- belly up and legs in the air... yes he loves those tummy rubs! Battie is one of the easiest fosters his foster parent has ever cared for, he is quiet, attentive and listens to cues. He loves to cuddle but is also great at just chilling out. Battie also loves his walks, but a couple of blocks a day is good enough for him- he definitely has a low exercise requirement.

Batman was found as a stray in terrible shape. Half-starved, with inflamed and itchy skin due to an untreated flea allergy. Batman is likely about 8 or 9 years old, and as he heals his personality is sure beginning to shine. He is a low-key, snuggle-bug who is very well-behaved. Someone in his past taught him a number of commands that he sure loves to show off to people. You can almost picture him saying "look I can sit, oh here's my paw, how about a lie down? Do you love me yet?" He is also great on leash and does a little happy dance when you bring the leash out. Batman is fine being left alone and is quite content to snooze the day away. He also LOVES car rides, especially when there is a window down, or he can sit in a passengers lap. Basically, he is the perfect dog for a working person who is looking for a low-key companion. He is also a-ok for apartment living.
