**Update** (6/17/10) We have mixed news about Bart.....the good news is that Bart found a new dad named Art who adores him! The bad news is that Bart just tested positive for heartworms. Bart is receiving treatments and we wish him the best! Please say prayers that Bart will be healthy again soon! (5/22) If you like the beagle breed...and you are looking for a companion, you will want to put Bart at the top of your list. He has been living with us and is a perfect gentleman in our home. Bart would really like to find a family of his own. (3/14/10) Bart is a wonderful boy who will be a great addition to a family or senior citizen. He gets along with all of our other rescue dogs. He loves to go for walks and then curl up for a little nap. (1/15/10) Poor Bart was scheduled to be PTS today......but his story and photo was sent out through the rescue network, and we committed to bringing him to Angels Among Us. Bart is a little older gentleman who is just looking for a place to "hang his hat" and call his own. Will you consider welcoming Bart into your family?
