My Story

Barrett is a tri-colored fellow who came to BHRG from the shelter in Heard County. He was very ill with distemper, but has now recovered after 4 months at the vet. Barrett is 1 to 2 years old. Barrett really enjoys being the center of attention and loves to play with his brother and sister. In fact, he loves them so much he would probably do best in a home that has another active dog. Barrett has a true basset howl and loves to bark while chasing everyone around the house. Barrett does well on a leash and loves to go for walks. He is a gorgeous boy who has very long basset ears and lots of wrinkles. He is housetrained and crate-trained and looking for his forever home.
