Baron is a puppy in a big dog body! He is a happy and friendly guy with a goofy personality. He is very affectionate and his tail never stops wagging. Baron would do well with an owner that has experience with large breed dogs, and experience with his breed(s) would be an asset.
Baron will need some obedience training to teach him the basics and fine tune his manners. He is a smart dog and extremely eager to please which will make him a quick learner.
Baron gets along well with other dogs but would still need to be introduced to any dogs living in the home. We have not assessed Baron with cats or children at this time. Baron’s size and energy level may overwhelm small children and he may be better suited to a family with older children.
All the animals that arrive at the Shelter are stray. The information that we have on the animals has been gathered since their arrival at the Shelter., and with the help of our volunteers. We do our best to assess the animals and disclose everything we know regardingn health and temperment to interested adoptors
Adoption applications are available at the Shelter only. The application review process can take between 24-48 hours. The Shelter does NOT do same day adoptions.
