My Story

Update as of 1/5/09: Both are now leash trained and love to take daily walks. Both love to ride in the car. Both are housetrained now and haven't had an accident in some time.
Both are spunky and friendly and ready to move onto their new homes. They've done well with other dogs so separating them will not be an issue and having them with other dogs will be a bonus!

Barnes and Noble are 4 1/2 month old Tibetan Spaniel-Peke mix pups. Mom was the Tibbie and Dad was the Peke. They are approximately 4-5lbs. and will be under 15lbs when full grown. Both puppies lived in a foster home with dogs, cats and kids. We prefer to place them in a home with kids over the age of 6 due to their size. We will be placing them in separate homes.

The following are notes from the foster mom regarding the puppies:

Barnes is an extremely smart and mellow little boy. He has the sort of easygoing temperament that makes him a great fit for any home environment. Spike is very communicative and seems to always make a real connection with the humans he meets. He loves to bring the ball back to you and be praised for doing so. Then he is ready to go again! He has been doing great on potty training and when left alone for a few hours he did great.

Noble is a happy, friendly and playful little boy. He has amazing energy levels and loves to see what her people are up to. He will follow his foster mom from room to room and sits nearby. Noble will run to you when you call him, loves belly rubs, and gets along AMAZINGLY with his brother Barnes in his foster home. He enjoys his short walks and learning to walk on the leash.
