Barkley has not caught a break beginning with his birth. He was purchased from a breeder and ultimately bounced to another home where he was set free and on the run for a few days. Animal control was finally able to capture him and he was brought to the shelter.
Barkley did not do well there and thankfully a kind person stepped up to foster him.
Barkley is special needs and will require a very patient person who will continue to build on the progress that he has made while in foster care.
He will require a 6 foot fenced yard because he can jump a fence.
