My Story

This dog is being fostered in Dallas and must be adopted in the Dallas or north Central Texas area or in the Oklahoma City area.

Bandit is a lively, young at heart older gentleman. He LOVES his foster mom and would gladly give his heart to someone who would have time to spend with Bandit cuddled up on her/his lap or in the same chair. He sits up in front of your chair to ask permission to jump up and will not jump up until invited. He gets cold and enjoys a warm blankie to nestle under. He will sleep in a cuddly bed if Mom's lap is not available. He enjoys the outdoors and when he comes in he jumps for joy, as high as your waist to express himself. He gets along fine with other small dogs but feels intimidated by big dogs. He socializes with the little ones and enjoys running with them in the yard, but he does not tussle and play with them. Bandit is a good looking guy, white and brown patches. He is about the size of a Jack Russell or a Rat Terrier and can be quite active when he is out and about and not sleeping. He is in good health and to be satisfied with life. Anyone who is home a lot would enjoy him and he loves without being 'in your face' after an initial greeting.

Bandit is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and minimum $200 adoption fee required.

After filling out an adoption application, please email [email protected] if you are interested in Bandit. Please be sure to read about our adoption process and then fill out an adoption application before emailing the contact person.
