Hi! My name is bandit. I am a 4-5 month old herding "mutt" (cattle dog, Aussie, border collie and a few other things). I was picked up with my brother (Bear) on an Eastern Utah reservation-- tiny, starved and scared. Luckily we found rescue with Herding Haven and have gained weight and confidence. I am a playful pup. I love wrestling with my doggy foster brothers and sisters. My ideal home would be a with an active family who will walk me daily and take me on fun outdoor adventures on the weekend. Because of my herding dog tendencies, I would not be a good fit for a home with toddlers. Older (> 10 yr) dog savvy kids would be OK. I'm super smart and learn really quick. I already know "sit" and "come". My recall is really good for such a young pup. My foster mom says I will make a great off leash hiking partner when I'm older. I am crate-trained, 90% housebroken and learning to walk on a leash. I am up-to-date on my vaccinations and will come with a neuter discount.
