Hey there! My name is Balto and I am a Shepherd x who was found on a reserve when I was 2 months old. I was adopted to a loving home when I was 5 months old, but my person has found that they can no longer care for me or my adopted brother, Jack. I like to talk and it seems like I’m trying to have conversations with my person! I am very well behaved and love to be pat. I am very good at going up to my person and giving hugs. I am very tolerant of kids and will play with them sometimes. I can get bored if I am not getting enough exercise, so would love an active household! I get along well with other dogs and show curiosity towards other animals such as cats and horses. I was housetrained quickly although as with any dog, may have accidents at first in my new home with all the stress and change. I am very loyal to my person. I know “sit”, “stay”, “get it”, “leave it” and “shake paws” and follow commands very well.
