Balou is an absolutely perfect dog in every way. However, it was recently learned that he has some arthritis in his front elbows at this very young age and he can't be walked or run or hiked a lot. He is looking for more of a couch potato home where he can get out and about, short walks, going for rides and taking it easy. He is GREAT with kids, wonderful with people, and a very gentle dog. He is housetrained, has a microchip and is up to date on all vet work. He will need an arthritis supplement for the rest of his life. He's a cuddler and loves to be with you. Balou is just an exceptional dog but because of poor breeding practices, he's got elbow problems. Balou was found last summer running loose in Yellowstone National Park. Some nice people picked him up and took him to the Cody shelter where Big Sky Rottweiler Rescue took him in.
