* Adoption Pending! * Baby has had a hard life so far...he was originally found as a stray and brought to this shelter when it was the SPCA. He was about 5 years old at that time. He was adopted out and had been living with a family until this time when they had to move and could not find anywhere that would allow pets. Poor Baby knew exactly what was happening when he was brought back here. He is a wonderful, friendly guy who loves people and other girlie dogs. He is a little too mature to deal with young men. He likes kids as long as they are not too small and rambunctious, so anyone over the age of 6 or 7 should be fine. He lived with a cat in his last home, and although it took him time to adjust he ended up getting along really well with it. As far as we know he does not have any medical conditions at this time, other than being a bit on the chubby side. I'm sure he would say he just has really thick fur though! Baby still has many years left in him and would really like to find his forever home, as 9 years without one is just too long. He needs a real family where he can feel safe and secure, and not be bounced around anymore.
