He would have spent his whole life in a wire cage breeding puppies, without medical care, human companionship, socialization, exercise or any type of freedom to be a dog. He is a typical fun-loving clownish little Coton. He is four months old, has a beautiful white coat and such a sweet personality. Louis gets along well with people, dogs and kids. He is looking for his own family. If his face has captured your heart, please apply. Louis is fostered in the Cleveland, OH area which is where you will have to adopt him.
