Hi my name is Baby! I am a super sweet little guy who was found wandering without a home. No other words required, just look at my face. I can be adopted as soon as 6/24 so, hurry up and see me.

In order to adopt an animal that is not already spayed or neutered, it is required that you bring this form to a veterinarian of your choice to pre-pay its spay/neuter and have your veterinarian sign the contract. Bring this completed form with you when you come to pick up your new pet! If the animal is already spayed or neutered, all you need to pay for is the adoption fee!
