Ayanna is a very sweet boxer girl. She was rescued from a shelter in upper SC. She was picked up by Animal Control and was listed that if an owner claimed her they would need to see the officer before she could be released. The reason for this is Ayanna was so malnourished she was at death's door. Her foster mom saw her and just could not leave her behind to die at the shelter. Her foster mom is thrilled with little Ayanna. She loves people, does great with other dogs and has so much personality. She has already started gaining weight. She will be spayed soon and ready for her new family. If you know and love boxers you will love this girl. She is truly a precious gift!
6/30/06-Update: Ayanna has gained all of weight she needed to look great. She is full of life and is a wonderfully sweet boxer girl. She is scheduled to be spayed on July 11th-she will then be ready for her very own family.
7/4/06: Update: Ayanna is a WONDERFUL family dog. We discovered that she loves water. She will drink from the water hose and then wants you to spray her with the hose. She is good with children and is lvery gentle with them. She is curious and loves to investigate things. If you are a boxer family and want to add a new family member you have got to meet Ayanna.
