Auggie

**UPDATE: Auggie recently went to his foster home and his dad says he is doing great. Auggie is enjoying their morning runs and all the attention he gets being in a home. He still needs his forever home though.** Auggie is such a sweet boy that the people at the Baltimore City shelter couldn't bear for him to run out of time and called to see if we could help. Although his original condition testified to the hard life he must have endured, he is now filling out and becoming a healthy strong boy. It is estimated that he is 5 years old. Everyone is impressed with his dignified demeanor, beautiful markings and sweet nature. He constantly receives comments on how handsome he is with his one blue eye, one brown eye, his muscular chest and approachable personality. He would do best in a home as an only pet. He loves to be around people and will accept any attention that he is given. One of Auggie’s favorite activities is car rides and what a perfect gentleman he is in the car. He knows basic commands, including sit, crate, off/down and waits for a specific command before he can eat his food; he is learning new ones every day. He exhibits no food aggression and loves his treats and chew bones. Auggie is very fond on being pet and cuddling. If allowed, he would jump into your lap and stay put all day long with the occasional lick and nudge to remind you to keep petting him.
