Artie is a sweet boy who is approx 1-1.5 yrs old. He is a typical teenager who is still goofy. As you can tell by his second picture, Artie does like to play with other dogs. He is good with people too. With is gorgeous looks and nice temperment, you are sure to fall in love with this boy!
here is what Artie's foster mom says about him :Artie – a medium energy boy who LOVES to chase balls, and not little ones big ones, like Basketballs! I can throw it around for hours and other then a quick break for a drink he always comes back for more. He likes to keep his eye on you and be where you are, he can jump 5ft without much effort, sohe would need to be supervised when outside. He knows basic obedience, and walks so nicely on a leash. Sits when you tell him, and down, means flip over and scratch his belly. He gets along well with both big and little dogs, but I feel with his energy and size would be best suited to a home with a medium to large sized dog. He is kennel trained, sleeps in there at night, and is quiet in it."

Definitions:
Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)
On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).
Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
