Meet Arnaud; this sweet pup was surrendered to Wags and Whiskers with his "siblings", when their owner's living circumstances changed, and they could no longer keep their animals. Arnaud is only shy when he first meets a new person, but once he spends a moment with you, and realizes you aren't going to hurt him, he turns into a bouncing ball of love. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.
