My Story

Ariel was rescued by a person who saw a post on social media asking for help. Ariel was found in Mexico full of mange. This beautiful boy is a very playful and loving dog. He gets along with human and dog friends alike. Due to poor living conditions as a puppy, Ariel had bilateral deviation of thoracic limbs to valgus (his legs have developed into a bow shape). On May 2, 2022, Ariel underwent surgery to correct the left thoracic limb. Angular Limb Deformity, can look different, but animals can still carry on their day to day activities. Maintaining an optimal body weight, proper nutrition and joint supplements are key for Ariel! Ariel is an extremely sweet boy, who wants a forever family to share a lap and life with. His foster has quickly falling in love with him! He is crate trained and has been left alone while his foster goes to work for a few hours without issues. She is currently working on him free roaming in the house when left alone during longer periods of time. Ariel loves playing with his fur siblings in the house. He is a super chill, laid back boy throughout the day but will never say no to adventure time! He enjoys his walks and can be excitable at first. Ariel is looking for a active family home that will include him in their day to day activities.
