My Story

Look at that face! Arby is a sweet little boy who was abandoned by his owner along with his 4 other littermates. He’s about 4 ½-5 months old (born about 11/07) and weighs about 18#. He’s not going to be a very big dog at that rate. We have no idea what mix he is, so our best guess Lab/Sheltie mix because of his fluffy ears.

Arby is crate trained and is coming along with his house training. He’s seems to be a pretty smart boy.

His tail wags whenever he sees other dogs or cats. He feels right at home with them. He is a little shy of people but he doesn’t mind being held and snuggled. After his terrible start at life, it’s hard not to just sit and hold him tight all day!

Who wants to give the precious pup the loving, forever home he so deserves?

This dog's adoption fee is $250 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.

The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application. If you'd like to have an application emailed to you, just email us. If you would like more information on C.A.R.E.S. and our adoption process, please read our webpage by clicking on our name. Thank you!
