Apollo

We named him Apollo. He was brought to the shelter by a caring individual who came upon him running stray. He was limping on his right front leg. They stated that he came right to them and got into the car without any issue. There were children in the car, and he did well with them during their ride here. The finder had checked the surrounding area and homes to see if anyone knew where he belonged. No one knew or recognized the dog. He came into the shelter and was made comfortable with a warm meal and bed. The leg was checked and their was no broken bones, just a muscle sprain. Medication was began. Today he is very energetic. Loves running in the back yard, playing ball, and having fun. He is a strong boy. When playing and he runs into you, believe me you know you have been hit. Not aggressive, just playful and strong. Hence the name Apollo. Perfect home would have a fenced yard, and an active family. Older children would be perfect. If you are looking for a beautiful dog to fill your family tree, consider Apollo. He was a good boy. He was a little bit apprehensive , Do you think that he anticipated what was coming. He was neutered, updated on all of his vaccines, negative for heartworm. Apollo is so playful. He loves to play ball, but now he has a new favorite pastime. Its his new playmate. A pretty little girl called Daisy. He is ready for his new owners to come and take him home. Hope to see you soon.
