My Story

**Adoption Pending** Andy was dropped off at a shelter when his owners could no longer care for him. His right rear leg was frozen stiff, which x rays confirmed was old damage. His toes and foot pads were ground off and bloody from being dragged. Despite Andy's obvious discomfort he was a happy silly boy when he was rescued and he still is. Now Andy is a 3-year-old tripod. He is red and rust with natural ears and a docked tail.

Andy is an active dog who loves to run and chase balls. Going on three legs doesn't slow him down at all. He is energetic, playful and very affectionate. He cuddles well and would love to be a lap dog if you let him. He has the fastest little tail wag we’ve ever seen, and he finds many reasons in life to wag that tail. He gets along well with the other male and females in his foster home. This nice pup is handsome, obedient, and good-natured. Andy is house-broken and crate-trained.
