He was brought in by an individual stating that he had been dumped on their property. We aren't quite sure why anyone would dump such a wonderful dog. Anderson, Andy for short, is truly a charmer. He has won us all over in such a short time. His personality is fantastic, and he just loves attention. He is dog friendly and would do fine in a home with children!
