Hi! My name is Amos. I am a long-haired German Shepherd and looking for a forever home. I am a big dog with an even bigger heart. I am almost two years old and I weigh 88 pounds. Because of my beautiful fluffy hair I look even bigger. I am house-trained and love to spend time with my foster dad while he watches TV. I am also a great jogging partner, enjoy walks, and my foster dad says I learn very quickly. I already know how to walk on the leash, sit, and I am learning a lot more basic obedience stuff.
Like I said before, I am an inside dog so if you are not planning to keep me inside please don’t even bother because I enjoy company and like to be with my family.
I do well with other dogs, especially medium and large dogs, so if you already have another dog - that would be great because I love to play! I am a strong dog, so maybe young children can get in my way while I wrestle with my toys or other dogs.
Amos will only be adopted as a valued inside family member to someone who knows and loves the German Shepherd.
