Hey there, future family! My name is Alfie, and I'm here to make you smile with my story. I'm just over one year old and, if I do say so myself, one of the sweetest boys at the shelter. Seriously, I'm like a big, furry marshmallow - soft, lovable, and oh-so-sweet. But let me tell you, being caged up? Not my thing. I mean, come on, who wouldn't prefer freedom and belly rubs over bars and boredom? I'm a little love bug who's just itching for some attention and outdoor adventures. I'm great with people and other dogs, which means I'm pretty much a social butterfly in a dog's body. My previous mom couldn't keep me anymore, but she loved me so much that she donated $40 towards my adoption fee to make sure I find a new home. Thanks, Mom! I miss her, but I'm ready to move on and find my forever family. So here I am, ready and waiting. I'm very, very sweet (did I mention that already?), and I've got a lot of love to give.
