Good in a home with
My former family surrendered me because I was having skin issues. My foster mom thinks I got a bunch of fleas which made me all itchy and sort of chewed myself up. I spent a lot of months miserable with an E-collar around my neck before Small Paws rescued me, so I didn't want anyone to bother me and I had a lot of trust issues. I am all healed up now, my coat is growing back and my foster mom is starting to call me a snuggle bug. My foster mom is making sure I don't have fleas,as I am allergic to them, I am not so itchy anymore but I still have to be reminded not to chew on my feet.
I love to go for car rides, walks and play with my foster brothers and sisters. I would also do well as your only dog. I had cats at my former home and got along well with them. I get a little nervous with sudden movements, so I would do best in a home with children aged 10 and over. I have learned to use the doggy door to a fenced yard.
