Ace

Meet Ace. What a happy boy! Ace is super friendly and loves people of all ages. He also gets along with other dogs but we do not know what he thinks about cats. Ace walks pretty well on a leash; he is excited the first 2 minutes and settles down. Ace also enjoys playing with sticks and stuffed animals and romping in the yard. He will play fetch with a squeaky toy and knows sit before you throw the toy. He also knows sit before he gets his food. Ace also loves to ride in the car. He would do best with an active family and a yard to play in. This handsome boy is about 18 months old and 58 pounds. Please help Ace find the forever home that he deserves. Update: Ace is being treated for Lyme & Anaplasmosis. He is on a short course of an oral antibiotic and any remaining pills will be sent home with his new family for completion. Ace is feeling great and ready to go with home with you! We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
