Now would you look at this sweet pea? He is just too cute and sweet and his name is Ace. He came to the shelter on 7/5 because his former family decided they did not want to be responsible pet parent and take care of this angel. He thought he had a forever home when he was adopted in 2022 but his owners let him down. No other information was given about Ace. He is a beautiful and sweet boy that needs his life turned around very soon. He is very intelligent as he knows to basic commands but it was a bit hot outside and he was a bit nervous but give him TIME and he will show you what he knows. He would be a wonderful student if you would take the time and effort to teach him everything he doesn't know already. Ace is feeling a bit confused as to why he is here but once he is outside, he opens up slowly. A volunteer is spending time with him and working with him to help him gain his confidence. We know it is in there. He just needs people who love him no matter where he came from, that will give him the patience, love, respect and understanding that he deserves. This may have been the only home he has ever known. He stays quiet in his run while he is waiting for his new home. He would like to have that second chance to have a family once again and not stay in a shelter for too long. Can you help him find his way to his forever home? He would like that so much. Ace is current on vaccines, neutered and micro chipped. He is in Run 876 and his ID is 660061. Ace is only 2 years old and weighs a mere 64lbs. He is still a baby and he really doesn't deserve to start out in life in a loud, overcrowded shelter. Please give this sweet boy a solid chance. He needs you now more than ever.
