Otis wandered up to the Bridgeport Animal Control facility on his own on April 8th. It was almost as if he surrendered himself and was looking for the right people to help him. Otis is an older man and is looking for a warm, loving place to spend his Golden Years. He is a sweet, gentle guy who is perfectly happy to spend his days sitting in your lap. All he needs is a little TLC and maybe a nice bed to take a nap. He is great with other dogs, cats and children. Otis would make a wonderful, loyal companion for anyone.
