Buddy got in trouble back in March when he was running the streets and was jumped by two big dogs. He was injured (puncture wounds and hide peeled off) and was really sore. He wound up at the vet overnight and while there, it was discovered he was heartworm positive.
He has now been neutered and vaccinated and has completed his heartworm treatment. He is healthy and happy!
At 38-40# and 2-4 years old, he is the perfect pet. Always smiling and good-natured, he is energetic and enjoys play: both with people and other dogs. But he is cat-reactive.
He will be a wonderful addition to an active family or the faithful companion to an outdoorsman.
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. BUDDY IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN KERRVILLE, TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION.
