Zoomie

Zoomie is my name and chaos is my game! My foster mom is certain that I have a built in turbo boost that activates when I play with other kittens and toys. I love to chase down toys and carry them around in my mouth. Also, I am learning to play fetch if you toss a toy mouse across the room for me. When I meet a new furry friend, I might get a little hissy for a day or two. That’s just because I want the new guy to know that I am the one in charge before we start playing together. I really like roughhousing with other kittens. Once I’m worn out from playing hard, I am ready to curl up on someone’s lap or a soft bed. This is when I enjoy being petted and will reward you with sweet purrs while I rub my face on your hand or chin. Note from Zoomie’s foster mom: Zoom-Zoom is a delightful and entertaining kitten with so much energy to share with others. As with most kittens, she needs frequent redirection with toys to keep her from using someone’s hands or feet as her playthings. She would be best in a home with another furry friend to help her get out all her energy. She hasn’t met a dog yet, but with her level of bravery and confidence, I’m guessing that after a slow introduction she would also let the dog know that she’s the one in charge.
