My Story

Yarrow Flower loves pets. She leans into your hand as you pet her cheeks. A full body stroke down her back evokes the best cat version of downward dog. Littel behind scritches make her tiny rear feet tap dance. You are well rewarded for your pets, because she has the softest of coats. When she's not luxuriating in pets, Yarrow romps with her siblings before joining a cuddle puddle. She is a social kitty and is happierst having a feline friend. She currently lives with her 6 adopted siblings and mom. She also interacts with the resident cats and other fosters. She has learned the 50 lb resident puppy is safe, as long as you stay clear of puppy zoomies. Yarrow is a gentle girl who would most enjoy a home and family who have a matching sweet personality. She most enjoys her people time when the house is calm. She does allow you to pick her up and hold her, but feels most comfortable recieving pets while she is standing or sitting on her own 4 paws. Respecting her wishes is easy, when she rewards you so richly in appreciation of her pets. Soft fur, warm heart! This is Yarrow Flower's motto. Add her to your own warm hearted family! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
