Wilbur is a long-term resident of our rescue and on the shy side. He avoids confrontation, and will run rather than attack, but he loves being petted and attended to after he knows you. An owner who is willing to work with him slowly, and brush him often (one of his favorite things) will uncover the sweet old guy inside in no time. Wilbur is low-key, and would do best in a home that’s peaceful and quiet. No small children or dogs, please. We would love to see him go home with another senior buddy from our rescue, so they can help each other make the transition to a new space.
