Whisper

Like petals on a breeze, like waves on the shore, or a whisper in the wind- all things come and go in their own way. All cats have their own personality and demeanor, and Whisper is no different.

Whisper has come to the shelter a shy and quiet 1 1/2 year old kitty. This lovely girl has a front paw that has a birth defect. The humane society has brought her to the Vet and they said she is just fine, however her paw looks a little different. She has no problem getting around. She is a just about the sweetest cat we have at the shelter...she is so lovely. All of the staff and volunteers adore Whisper. She loves all people and craves quiet attention. We love her even more and don't care if she has a different paw...it just makes this sweetie even more special to us. (We have all become a bit protective of this lover.)

Whisper came to the shelter with her kitty companion Storm, who has recently been adopted. Their previous owner could not care for her pets anymore so she brought them to MCHS. The TLC of the shelter workers and volunteers has worked wonders to lift Whisper's spirits

Whisper enjoys sleeping in the sunshine, playing with mouse toys, and spending quiet quality time with her human companions. Due to her shy nature, perhaps a home with no children or dogs would be best. Unless a loving owner is willing to integrate her slowly, of course.

So, the nature of things coming and going being said, perhaps you will be the wind that carries this Whisper off to a new loving home.

Ann Brownell has made a donation in Memory of beloved cat Izzy who past away this week. Lariena, gave Izzy much love and care during Izzy's last months.
