Our adoption contract states that none of our cats are allowed to be declawed or we will not consider an adoption. If they were to accidentally get outside, they could not defend themselves and it causes paw pain, back pain, tissue necrosis (tissue death) Removing claws changes the way a cat’s feet meet the ground and cause pain like wearing an uncomfortable pair of shoes.
