Whimsey is and adorable and totally sweet kitty. She became a young mother at only 5 months old - she is not quite a year old yet and all of her kittens have been adopted. Whimsey is a laid back cat that is comfortable with strangers. She would be fine with kids and likely be okay with dogs and other cats. You must meet Whimsey - once you do you will fall in love!

Whimsey was featured on the front page of the Athens Messenger in February to promote Spay Day USA. Whimsey is FelV negative, spayed and parasite free. First vaccinations will be given upon adoption. Booster shots will be due 3 weeks after adoption at your local vet.
The first step of the adoption process is to fill out the adoption application. One of our adoption counselors will call to speak to you as soon as they are able. Because our organization is run by volunteers with no paid employees, the adoption process will typically take about one week. Please be patient - we do want to adopt to you!
