Twitch has a brain injury and an untreated broken hip from many years back. He doesn't know he's different. He happily chirps and follows us around, hoping we'll be serving Party Mix. A Phenobarbital AM and PM, which is easy to give with a pill popper and a treat incentive, keep his mild seizures under control. He's a senior cat, but he came to us third-hand so we have no history on him.
