First, let me tell you about myself. I act a little shy with strangers and you might just walk right by me because you think I don’t want any attention. But if you reach over to pet me, I go from a tense, worried-looking kitty to a melted one! I’ll push my head into your hand, purr, and stretch out my paw to ask you not to leave. And if you touch your finger to your nose and move towards me, I’ll give you little kisses.

I’m a gentle guy and lots of people fall in love with me, but I guess no one wants me enough to take me home. Maybe some of the problem is I’m not a kid anymore. I’m 12 years old (though many of my friends have lived to late teens or even early 20s!). And I get a pill every day for dermatitis. I guess that can be too much trouble for most people. But I’m really good about taking it, and you could use one of those piller things to pop it in my mouth. Or maybe wrap something tasty around it and I’ll pretend I don’t know there’s a pill inside.

I’m a small cat and I’ve been told my ginger fur is quite handsome. I like tummy rubs and sleeping in the sunshine. I’m easygoing and don’t demand a lot of attention (though I like it).

My best buddy, Pekoe, and I sleep right next to each other. If he is in the window, I am in the bed next to him. If he is on top of the cages, I am there too. I wash his head to show him that we were friends, even though he knows we are. He never washes my head, but you know some cats just can’t show their emotions as well as others. Here's a video of us.
