My Story

Sweet, Playful, Silly Meet Tres Leches! This gorgeous tortie is hard to miss with the unique orange line running down the center of her face. Despite having only three legs, Tres Leches can do all things cat, and never lets anything slow her down! Tres Leches is a social butterfly who loves to make friends with both humans and other kitties. She often greets folks at the door in hopes that they'll choose to visit with her! If you pass her by, don't be surprised if she follows you around the room, flopping adorably on her side and rolling around at your feet. Anything to get some pets! Tres Leches loves affection and isn't shy about asking for it, often softly pawing at you for a head rub or a scratch behind the ears. And when it's time to play, Tres Leches shows off her energetic side, pouncing around in tunnels and hopping from the floor to the bench to the window ledge (YES! With just three legs!). She also very much enjoys her scratcher, especially when it's sprinkled with catnip. She's a big fan of Churu treats, too, she'll even eat them right off your finger! Tres Leches has a playful and curious nature, often seen exploring her surroundings or interacting with other cats. She's known for making biscuits wherever she goes, whether in your lap, in your arms, or just lounging around. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion, Tres Leches is the perfect match. She's ready to bring love and companionship into your home, contact us to meet her! Tres Leches has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Tres Leches can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Tres Leches' care. All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
