Toots is an indoor kitty who is 7 years old...he is looking for his second chance at life! Toots is kinda like a ditzy teenager....he doesn't think through all his choices and therefore does many cute and silly things, but his best pal Teddy-Bear is always there to rescue him! After every meal Teddy-Bear gives him a bath and then they cuddle up and take a long snooze! Opposites attract they say!
