Toby Keith was transferred to us from another rescue due to his FIV+ status, as we are one of the only shelters who take cats who test positive. Toby is about 4 years old and in fine health, with no negative effects presenting from the FIV virus. Toby Keith was showing signs of semi-feral behaviour when he first arrived, but over the 6 months he has been with us, he has slowly blossomed to a gentle and sweet boy. He is quiet, and likes to snooze on a perch on the catio, but when we seek him out for pets he gladly takes them. Toby Keith would be a permanent foster due to his FIV+ status.
